Description
Oceanside of Hwy 109, high bluff, camping club membership with travel trailer for sale at Copalis Beach, WA, two hours west of Seattle. The perfect place whether you are wintering in AZ and want a place at the beach for the summer or just need to escape the city or suburbs for weekend meltdowns. This membership for sale includes a designated campsite across from the clubhouse and a 2005 Komfort 282TSG travel trailer. The campsite is a generous size, about 3000 sq ft, and comes with a 6x10 shed, firewood, and a clam sink. $85. monthly dues. The Komfort is very nice and has been lightly used. It is 32 ft long, with a 14 ft slide out living/dining room. It has a queen bed, plenty of cabinets and storage, 24 ft awning. Included are the TV, video player, DVD player, dishes, some linens. There are two seven gallon propane tanks with cover and connector switch between them and two batteries (operates the slide-out). The trailer is situated for privacy and views including peek-a-boo of the ocean from the abutting deck which has plenty of room for chairs and table to enjoy dining. This campsite is only 800 footsteps (size 9) to the private beach stairs, which lead directly to lots of beach combing, kite flying, clamming, fishing, and long walks. Park 400 Association (non-profit governed by a nine member Board of Directors elected by the membership) owns 38 acres of beachfront, wooded property on the westside of Hwy 109, ΒΌ mile south of Roosevelt Beach. This is a gated community with caretaker, clubhouse, heated swim pool, viewpoints on the bluff, and private stairs to the beach. Only ten of the thirty-eight acres are developed into 119 membership campsites with common facilities. The remaining acreage is wooded with trails.Memberships do not include any real property, but do give the member exclusive use of a designed campsite. All campsites have septic and water hook ups (no charge), and electric meters (quarterly charge based on usage). Recreational vehicles that can be licensed in WA are allowed, including Park trailers and Park models. Send an e-mail to come out and look at this and review the camping clubs rules and regulations and by-laws. You will fall in love with it and not want to leave. Bill of sale for the trailer and membership will not be sent to the buyer until the buyers payment clears the sellers bank.
