This entire book was hand typed on 8.5" x 11" and then bound together. This looks to me to be an original and not a copy. I have no idea how many copies may have been made, but I could not find any listed for sale on the internet. This copy was SIGNED by the compiler (author) on the front free end paper. Before the title page there is a typed presentation page presenting this copy to the "North Carolina Society Daughters of American Revolution". "Presented by Yadkin River Patriots Chapter Albemarle, North Carolina." SIZE OF BOOK:    8.5 x 11 with 155 pages typed on only one side. GENERAL CONDITION NOTES: Unless otherwise stated below: 1) the book is NOT an ex-library copy. 2) the text, including end papers, is complete, clean, tight, undamaged, and completely unmarked. 3) the binding is clean and tight with no cracked hinges. 4) the DJ (if present) is not price clipped.   CONDITION OF TEXT AND BINDING:      Both are Very Good: There are a few scattered notes in pencil and even fewer in ink. After thumbing through the text several times, I would estimate that there are 20-25 pages with notes.
