(Picture #1 is the only picture of the cemetery I could find on the internet.  Our area is much nicer.)  I have also provided pictures of proof of ownership.I will pay for ALL of the fees (which total $805.35).The fees include a $150 transfer fee and the $655.35 New Jersey M&P Fund fees.(The Maintenance & Protection Fund must be contributed to on the sale of a grave, in accordance with NJ law.The fees are equal to 15% of the difference in value between the original purchase price and the current value..Both graves must be purchased together.The graves currently sell for $4,900 (for both) if youbuy them from the cemetery. *** I will sell them for $2,000 for both!! ***YOU SAVE $2,900  (THAT'S OVER 59% OFF!!)
